These classes will focus on basic bellydance movements executed to music in a specific choreography. The first five classes will focus on learning the combinations and applying them to music. The final class will be a voluntary small performance for family & friends to view what you have learned. **Dance costume pieces will be loaned for the show** Belly Dance Aerobics 7:15 - 8:15 pm (Two Prior Sessions or Instructor Permission Required Please) REGISTER THROUGH JEWELED SCARAB DANCE CO. - CLICK HERE!! This is a fast paced, high energy bellydance combinations class to help you burn off that extra food we'll all be enjoying during th holidays!! The class structure will generally be 15 minutes of warm up, 30 minutes of non-stop bellydance combination, and 15 minutes of stretch & cool down. Combinations will start easy and build to add difficulty level to those wanting to experience more advanced movements & layering. |
